Robyn Bartley

As one of the founding members of Inspiring Training Academy, Robyn brings with her a background diverse in nature. She has a down to earth positive demeanour that flows into the training salon, empowering trainees to delve deep within themselves to strive towards their chosen goals.
Robyn has qualifications in beauty, massage and business bookkeeping and is very passionate about spirituality and equality.
Natalie Stevens

Natalie, a founding member of Inspiring Training Academy, is a passionate campaigner for raising the quality of the beauty industry. Qualified in all aspects of beauty therapy with many years in the industry, Natalie specialises in salon treatments, skin science and engaging young minds.
With a fun loving, approachable nature, Natalie’s training salon is always a bubbling learning environment.

Our Team
Inspiring Training Academy was established in 2014 by two motivated professionals, Natalie Stevens and Robyn Bartley, who are passionate about the beauty, health and wellbeing industry. We have a boutique environment where we value intimate classes, individualised learning plans and one-on-one support.
Individuality is a concept we pride ourselves in fostering with all our trainees here at Inspiring Training Academy.
Our Inspiring educators lead by example at all times and have a natural ability to motivate and develop strong relationships ensuring the best outcomes for our trainees and clients. Our aim at the Inspiring Training Academy is to provide high quality services, ensuring a clear focus on superior industry skills and client centred approaches.
Brodie Kleesh

Brodie is back for 2025!
Brodie began her hairdressing career in high school as a VET in School student, completing her Apprenticeship straight out of school. Brodie discovered a passion for passing on her skills and knowledge to others early on in her career.
She started by training her apprentices in her workplace that then lead her onto becoming a trainer for us in our VETDSS program in 2022, Brodie took some time off to expand her private business but we are blessed to have Brodie join our team again for 2025.
Brodie will be found on a Wednesday teaching the Cert II in Salon Assistant in Lilydale.
Vicky Palladino
Trainer & Assessor
Vicky is a seasoned hairdresser with 30 years of industry experience. She has owned salons of her own, and is equipped with the tools to train staff and aspiring hairdressers of all knowledge backgrounds.
Always on the lookout to grow and improve upon her own hairdressing knowledge, Vicky is passionate about education. And as a mother and a devoted member of her local school community, she uses her bright and easygoing personality to inspire the same passion for growth in others.
This is Vicky’s second year with ITA and we are very excited to have her at our Boronia campus every Wednesday delivering Certificate II in Salon Assistant.
Stella Argyris
Trainer & Assessor
Stella, one of our first students at Inspiring Training Academy and one of our biggest supporters, is also a passionate hairdresser & beauty therapist with over 10 years experience in the industry.
Stella has attended numerous continuing PD classes over the years to keep herself up to date of the best and healthiest techniques to use. Stella is passionate to inspire and empower students to reach their goals.
In 2025 Stella can be found at our Boronia campus supporting the delivery of the Certificate II in Salon Assistant
